This year-long project transformed the space into a modern administrative hub, featuring executive offices, cubicle areas, conference rooms, restrooms, a gym with showers, a cafeteria, and a millwork shop. As the central hub for FHCP facilities, this project highlights our expertise in creating functional and high-quality workspaces.

Under previous employer ML Underwood, Shaun served as the superintendent for the construction of a new restaurant and gym at the exclusive Hammock Dunes Golf Club in Palm Coast, FL. Completed in 2018/2019, this oceanfront project brought high-end amenities to the private golf community. Now, through SLH Construction, our relationship with Hammock Dunes continues as we provide ongoing repairs and upgrades, ensuring the club maintains its premier status.

SLH Construction is currently transforming a 2,200 sq. ft. retail space in Daytona Beach, FL, into the state’s first Oxygen Yoga & Fitness studio. Located near the Intracoastal, this cutting-edge facility will offer infrared hot yoga, designed to enhance calorie burn and blood flow. The studio will feature infrared ceiling panels, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, a durable rubber gym floor, and dance grab rails lining most walls. This project showcases our expertise in creating modern, high-performance fitness spaces.

SLH Construction successfully transformed a 6,500 sq. ft. retail space in Daytona Beach, FL, into The Fish Tank—a state-of-the-art fresh and saltwater fish store and aquarium. Completed in just four months at the end of 2023, this project brought to life a modern, high-quality aquatic retail space designed for both enthusiasts and professionals. Our team delivered expert craftsmanship to create a visually stunning and functional environment for marine life and customers alike.

SLH Construction has been leading the multi-phase transformation of the Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP) facility in Orange City, FL, for the past three years. This state-of-the-art surgery center has undergone extensive renovations, including the completion of doctor suites with exam rooms and nurse stations, a newly built pharmacy, restroom remodels, a dermatology suite, and an overnight stay surgery center. Currently, SLH Construction is working on Phase 6—the renovation of a sterile equipment room for the surgery center—continuing our commitment to delivering top-tier healthcare facilities.
